About IT Market Radar

IT Market Radar is a free, open-source, self-hostable Spring Boot application that answers a question no existing tool answers well for the Greater Montreal IT market: what's actually happening here, right now?

It scrapes local job boards daily (Jobillico, Talent.com), extracts skills, salaries, language, and company data from postings using keyword-based heuristics (no ML/NLP models), and surfaces the result as this public, browsable dashboard — no login, no paywall, no US-centric noise.
